Shipping policy

We offer both domestic and international shipping services!

We use a few trusted courier partners, but the majority of our orders are sent via NZ Post. Once your order is dispatched from our Christchurch fulfillment centre, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Orders placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri) are generally processed and shipped the same day. In some instances, it may take up to 24 hours for dispatch. Weekend orders will be shipped on Mondays. 

Standard NZ shipping timeframes are overnight to main centres, with an additional 1-3 days for rural delivery. 

Our express shipping option aims to deliver by 5pm the following business day. We do not offer a Saturday delivery option, meaning orders placed on a Thursday will be delivered on a Monday.

Please note that Legless Kiwis Limited cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by our providers. However, we are committed to assisting you in investigating and resolving any issues. Please be aware that full or partial refunds will not be provided in the event of shipping delays.
